Prior to founding NAB Group, Emily Hunt built an accomplished career at the intersection of industrial strategy, manufacturing, and construction advisory. Her professional journey began in the early 2000s when she worked with leading engineering firms across Europe and West Africa, managing large-scale infrastructure and manufacturing projects.

Before establishing NAB Group, Emily held senior leadership roles at a multinational construction firm, where she served as Director of Industrial Operations. In this role, she led multi-million-dollar projects focused on sustainable infrastructure development and supply chain optimization. Her expertise in operational efficiency and strategic growth enabled her teams to deliver measurable improvements in both productivity and cost management across diverse sectors, including agribusiness, real estate, and energy.

Emily’s extensive experience also includes consulting for government agencies and private sector clients on industrial development strategies, with an emphasis on sustainable practices and inclusive economic growth. She has advised on multiple initiatives aimed at transforming Nigeria’s agricultural value chains, including the successful integration and expansion of rice production systems under NAB Group’s portfolio.

A recognized leader in her field, Emily is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has contributed to programs supporting women in manufacturing and construction.
