With over two decades of experience across global markets, Dora has consistently delivered transformative solutions that drive operational efficiency, resilience, and long-term growth for organizations in both the public and private sectors.

Dora’s career began in the early 2000s as an industrial engineer working with a multinational manufacturing firm. Her ability to streamline production systems and optimize complex supply chains quickly earned her leadership roles across Europe and West Africa. She went on to serve as Director of Strategic Operations for a global engineering consultancy, where she led multi-sector initiatives focused on sustainable construction, advanced manufacturing, and renewable energy integration.

Her passion for inclusive economic growth and industrial innovation led her to establish NAB Group. Under her leadership, NAB Group has become a trusted partner to governments, multinational corporations, and local enterprises, delivering large-scale manufacturing solutions, transformative construction projects, and agribusiness development programs—most notably the successful rice production integration project addressing Nigeria’s food security needs.
